US Immigration Medical Exam

Dr. Mara L. Pulcheri is a Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Please remember to bring in the following:

• Passport
• Proof of immunizations (if available)

Please note that the full medical exam will take at least one hour and includes from completion, blood and urine tests.   Immunizations such as MMR, Tetanus, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and the seasonal Influenza vaccine are required. There is no need to come in fasting for the tests.

Results and papers usually take 5 to 7 business days and need to be picked up from the office.
